Everything you need to know about getting ALEGNÉ delivered to your door.
Where We Ship
We ship Australia-wide to all states and territories, as well as internationally to Canada, USA and New Zealand.
Carrier & Delivery Options
All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia Post. You can choose between Standard and Express delivery at checkout. For international orders, we ship via UPS. Delivery estimates are based on the most up-to-date timeframes provided by our carriers.
Dispatch Timeframes
Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday (AEST) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10am, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic (Australia): Standard 2-3 days / Express 1–2 days
- International: 3–5 business days depending on destination
Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and begin from the date of dispatch. We cannot guarantee delivery within any estimated timeframe.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. For questions about your tracking status or delivery progress, please contact the relevant carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@alegnebody.com. If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we will do our best to update it. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or intercept the parcel.
Click & Collect
We do not currently offer click and collect. All orders are delivered to your nominated address.
