At ALEGNÉ, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines your rights and our commitments regarding returns, refunds, and product warranties.

Important Notice Regarding Returns

Because our products are formulated for use on the body, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on opened or used products. Once a product has left our control, we cannot guarantee its integrity or safety for resale. We appreciate your understanding.

90-Day Warranty

All ALEGNÉ products are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with our product guidelines.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage
  • Products purchased from unauthorised resellers
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions

30-Day Defect Refund Guarantee

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or unfit for use and report it within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method. After 30 days and within the 90-day warranty window, we will provide a replacement product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or refund you — your choice — once we receive proof of the issue.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If we send the wrong product or your order is missing items, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will ship the correct items at no additional cost.

How to Report a Problem

  1. Email us at support@alegnebody.com within the applicable timeframe above.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photo or video evidence where relevant.
  3. Once we verify the issue, we will organise a replacement or refund within 5 business days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
